LIC Market Rolls Out Dinner Service

Exciting news - the deliciously, market-driven eatery, LIC Market is offering dinner service, previously open for just breakfast, lunch and brunch.  I was happy to hear about their upcoming dinner plans, which start this Wednesday, March 2nd and continue into Thursday, March 3rd between 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. For now, dinner will be served during these two days of the week, but as things pick up, LIC Market hopes to extend dinner service throughout the week.

Braised Short Ribs - foie gras, truffled potato, oyster mushroom hash
Whole Roasted Brook Trout - lemon, green onion, parsley, sauteed turnip greens
Sauteed Sweetbreads - wilted frisee, applewood smoked bacon, roasted garlic, toasted almonds, sherry vinaigrette
Roasted Turnips - golden raisin, bacon, toasted pine nuts
Mussels - toasted garlic, scallion, stewed tomato
Shredded Endive - arugula, grana padano, aged balsamic vinaigrette
