2 Winners of the Ooh la la Couture Candy Cupcake Giveaway

You played...you salivated...you coveted Ooh la la's couture candy cupcakes, but there can only be 2 winners!  And here they are in the order they were drawn.

A BIG CONGRATS to Tara for winning the "Shooting Star" candy couture cupcake (pictured above) who said that her favorite cupcake flavor is "buttercream & caramel," and another WHOPPING CONGRATS to Cupcake Forum with their classic yet always fashionable answer, "I love chocolate cupcakes, the darker the better!"  She wins the "Sweet Spots" candy couture cupcake pictured below.

Happy Holidays Astoria!  As a special Friday treat and in the spirit of the holiday season, I wanted to spoil you guys a bit with a sweet candy cupcake giveaway from Ooh la la Candy.

What is Ooh la la Candy?
I had the pleasure of learning about this innovative, fashion/treats company, and loved their super cute, fun and sexy packaging of the above-pictured "couture candy cupcakes."  Although these adorable candy creations may look like a colorful cupcake, they're made of bite-sized candy such as jellybeans, chocolate candy, fruit flavored sucking candy and others.

The company, run by mother-daughter duo, Sara Stevens and Rebeca Zorowitz does a great job at elevating the creativity in candy packaging and making it ultra chic and fashionable.  A portion of their proceeds benefit charitable foundations such as the North Shore Animal League, which is always a plus.
