Recently discovering the amazing savory offering at Astor Bake Shop, I was excited to hear that they’re now serving some good ol’ fashioned Italian staples such as eggplant parm and lasagna. The latter especially caught my eye on their Instagram feed, as it looked cheesy, well browned on top and saucy in the middle. They’re calling it their Neapolitan style lasagna and it’s available all this weekend. Sounds like a perfect thing to try on a Sunday afternoon or evening – reminds me of a traditional Italian style dinner. And frankly, who doesn’t love that?!
