Bistro 33's Best Dish Battle - I'm Judging!

Tomorrow night is Bistro 33's Best Dish Battle, and yours truly will be judging along with three other neighborhood foodies. The event will showcase three best amateur cooks, showing off their most impressive skills. Everyone's invited to join in the fun, sample the food and put in their 2 cents by voting for their favorite. I'm expecting it to be a fun evening filled with tons of yummies. Amateur Cooking Contest at Bistro 33

I know that I just touted Bistro 33 this week, but I couldn't help myself when I saw an interesting email pop up in my inbox. To sum it up, Bistro 33 is having an amateur cooking contest and everyone is invited. The details are still sketchy but this is what I know so far.

Bistro 33's First Best Dish Battle Event
How to Enter - Submit a recipe for your best dish by April 24th, 2009. The three winning recipes will cook off at Bistro 33, with the crowd and a few guest judges deciding the winner.

The date of the event is still TBD.

The winner will receive "culinary gifts" and local stardom.
