More Easter Goodness at Koliba

Continuing to tell you about more places to eat during Easter Sunday, this post shines a light on my favorite Eastern European eatery,
Koliba.  Visiting this quaint restaurant just a week ago, the quality and the freshness of the food can't be beat, and you surely won't go hungry for the value you're getting.  Just take a look at this special Easter menu:

Course 1:  Beef soup
Course 2:  Slovak "hrudka," (Easter Cheese) klobasy, mazanec (Easter pastry), beets and horseradish
Course 3 option 1: choose 1
Smoked ham with potatoes and vegetables
Roast loin of pork with dumplings and cabbage
Smoked pork with dumplings and cabbage
Beef in cream sauce with dumplings


Course 3 option 2: choose 1
Pork or chicken schnitzel with potato salad
Roasted Long Island duckling with dumplings and red cabbage


Course 3 option 3: 
Roasted leg of lamb with potatoes and vegetables
